The minor in real estate is designed to offer a basic understanding of real estate topics for students who are not enrolled in the School of Business or intending to pursue a business degree.
**This minor is open to all students, regardless of enrollment in the School of Business or not.**
Coursework
To receive the Real Estate minor, a student must complete four 3-credit, 3000-level courses to total 12 credits.
