Boston, Fall 2025
In October of 2025, students and faculty took an overnight trip to Boston where they spent two days touring companies in the area, including Cabot Properties, GID & TA Realty. In the evening, the Center hosted their "Bridging Boston Reception", where students, faculty, alumni, and industry friends all gathered to network and make connections. This trip gave students a deeper understanding of the Boston real estate market, and strategies employed by industry leaders.

New York City, Spring 2025
In February of 2025, students visited top firms like AXA Investment Managers, PCCP, and J.P. Morgan, gaining valuable insights into career paths at institutional firms and learning how these companies are navigating the current market. It was a great opportunity to hear from industry leaders and understand where the greatest opportunities lie today. On day two, they traveled to Greenwich and Stamford, where they toured development sites that HREIF invested in last semester. They also attended a Real Estate Finance Association of CT breakfast panel and a roundtable networking event in Stamford, where students connected with professionals across all sectors of the real estate industry.
